Thesis (M.B.A.)--PU vir CHO, 1994.
The petroleum and automotive industries produce products which, although different in nature, cannot exist independently because the products from the petroleum industry are utilised by the products from the automotive industry. These industries have a common customer, the motorist. The product quality from the one industry not only affects the product quality from the other industry, but also the satisfaction of the motorist. As a result of this, continuous interaction takes place between the industries. Perceptions are formed, which lead to attitudes and behaviour. Conflict may occur.
