Measurement and verification baseline development and service level adjustments for fridge plant systems

Abstract

In this article the authors provide an overview of a fridge plant system and discuss the data requirements and data selection for baseline development. The baseline development is divided into two scenarios: 1) where electrical data is available for both the baseline and post-implementation periods and 2) where only thermal data is available for the baseline period. The procedure surrounding baseline service level adjustments (SLA) for both scenarios are provided
